No problems, happy with vendor
As Apple computers no longer have internal optical drives, buying a download dmg file is the logical solution when buying software. The file took only a short time to download and then the process is the same as installing from a disk. I cut and pasted the activation code from the email that provided the download link and both worked first time.

Mostly good
This was a reasonably priced product among several similar products on the market. I thought the overall finish was good, but the instructions could have been better and had me scratching my head for a few minutes until I worked out how to get the case open. Once that was accomplished, however, it was matter of only a few minutes to fit the hard drive and have operational.
