  Sent me a used Xbox One S but it is sold and described as 'Brand New'. Pictures used were not of that of the item received. Take a look, also poorly packed. Absolute time waster! Refunded through eBay. Avoid!

  Admittedly sent the wrong package to the buyer and I tried to contact seller numerous times but they just would not respond and rather than speaking to me to resolve the issue they requested a return which I agree was fair for this situation. However buyer could have communicated with me and this could have been resolved very easily with no issues just like any other of my customers.
