Not bad setup packaging is poor
The cardboard packaging is poor. The parts bang and rub during shipping causing damage. The bearings and races are in a flimsy plastic bag and bang and rub. Two of the studs had vibfrated out and were loose in the box, requiring extra work.

This is an American made product from a reputable company the quality is high and I don’t mind paying a few extra dollars for a great product

Rough in valve
The overall look is beautiful but the rough in valve cartridge is made of cheap plastic I'm afraid that my tenants are going to break the handle right off because it's attached to a plastic stud
