Lack of inspiring recipes
Recipes are not very good. It says 300 recipes but a good amount of this is how to make fruit or vegetable purée which could be covered by saying steam or boil and the fruit in a little water - don’t need a different recipe for each type of fruit! Definitely wouldn’t have bought had I of flicked through this in a book shop.
