    Wires crossed early on but resolved satisfactorily in the end. Wasn't sure what a detached security lock actually implied until the case arrived, or if it can be re-attached, but it'll make little difference anyway in this instance. Seller easy to deal with. Satisfied with my purchase, though I received a despatch notice, an 'item is with your courier notice' and a delivery notice all together barely a few minutes after receiving the case. eBay needs to sort its notifications out and quickly.

Heavily perfumed
I was really disappointed by this. I have used other Ester Lauder products which were good but this is heavily perfumed, I didn’t think good face creams were ever heavily perfumed any more so much so that I wondered if it was genuine Ester Lauder. It is also sits heavily on the skin rather than being easily absorbed and made me come up in a mild rash - probably because of the perfume it. If I could’ve sent it back, I would have, but by the time you’ve opened and used cream once you’re stuck with it. I now use it as expensive body lotion!
