  Sent us a half finished order, when I questioned it they said they had sent someone else’s to me by mistake. Promised to send return label - they didn’t, promised to resend our correct one after we has already waited 3 weeks for it - they didn’t, and then stopped communicating completely. The wrong one is now returned, but no sign of seller resolving this so will have to get eBay to step in. Really awful service. Hate leaving neg, but really feel I gave the seller every chance to resolve.

  Do not buy from here ! Ordered 27-10-2021 and never received the order. Contacted seller to check on progress but never got a reply. They didn’t reply to eBay themselves when I had to contact them to try and get the product I paid for. One very unhappy first mum to be with no light shade for the baby nursery.
