HTC Touch Pro
1 of 1 found this helpful I used this phone for a while, and as you know HTC products are good quality. This phone has the advantage of a qwerty keyboard, if you like the advantage of having both. The touch flo works fantastic, and runs on windows mobile 6.1 profesional. It has email, fast web browsing, fully loaded with HSDPA & HSUPA, it's 3G, 3.2mp camera with flash.
You can run your office entirely from this device, it's got so many great features, there's too many describe.
I would definitley recommend it, for anyone looking for a modern touch screen device with good apps.

New Ludo - sturdy and colourful
I bought this new Ludo game recently, as I wanted something that catered for more than 4 players and found this set was perfect for it. The board's material is strong and well laid out, with nice bright colours and counters. It's great for after dinner entertainment for family and friends, the way things were once upon a time.
Growing up as a child in the 70's, most families had countless board games to keep their kids and friends entertained - great times. Today, with most people owning mobile phones, we spend too much time on social media, facebook, twitter, instagram and get upset when we receive negative comments or having a public spat in front of millions. Studies have shown, spending too much time on social media and watching telly, actually increases depression and anxiety conditions.
Board games are fun, strategic, clever and keeps your whole family and brain engaged in a competitive but good way. Instead of fiddling with ones phone in a bar checking social media, just take a simple travel board game along or better still arrange a weekly dinner and games night at a friend's house, like your mum and dad used to do. You'll appreciate your friendships and family much more, I guarantee it. It's better than engaging with an electronic device, you're engaging with real people and having real conversations - what could be better than that.

Resistance Bands - Extreme Fitness
I bought these as an alternative to using weights at home. I have a set of weights which I haven't used in a while, as they're quite cumbersome and take up quite a bit of space. Besides, keeping fit takes time and commitment if joined to a gym, not forgetting the monthly cost involved too. I was quite impressed by the different exercises possible to work the whole body, without changing weights which I find a little time consuming and awkward. The great thing about these bands, is that you can do many different exercises which are not possible with weights. You also have the convenience of taking them to the office, friend's house or when travelling abroad - should you want to exercise while away. The enclosed exercise sheet is quite limited, but lots of examples can be found if you type resistance band exercises in google.
On the whole, I would recommend this product, the bands are pretty strong and sturdy and keeps me in shape. I made a wall anchor from a long beam of wood belonging to an old wooden bed somebody threw away. The beam is about 76 inches long, by 1 inch thick and 3 inches wide, which I drilled into my wall and attached some 45mm screw eye hooks at various points to attach the bands for different exercises. The wall anchor is great for doing chest presses, shoulder press, lat pull downs and many other types of exercises. This item definitely gets my thumbs up for convenience and practicality.
