Just as expected from Moen

Helpful quick reference of aromatherapy blends
Great quick-reference book for those who want to find ideas on how to combine essential oils for administration in a variety of ways, such as diffusion, application to the skin, and baths. Excellent used in combination with other references or with essential oil knowledge base.
Notations are provided where there is clinical evidence of an oil's effectiveness for specific ailments from arthritis or migraines to cellulite. The disclaimer at the front of the book advises the information was compiled for the writers' personal use, through lectures and a variety of other methods.
This book does not delve into the specific properties of or precautions for each oil. Instead, it provides suggestions for combining and using essential oils, with 120 easy-to-read pages of suggested blends as well as lists of oils that can be effective for specific health conditions. Not intended to replace medical advice; cautionary statements provided.
The hardcover book comes spiral bound inside so pages lie flat, with tabs that make it convenient to look up oils for alphabetized ailments and conditions.

Handy shopping totes
Love these two folding shopping totes! They come folded to fit together into a little bag so you can keep them handy in a pocket or handbag. They seem durable and well made; will need to use them repeatedly to know for sure, although I have similar ones (different maker) and they've lasted well as long as I don't put too much weight in them. For me, I'm a coordinating pattern gal, so would have loved these even more if they packed two of coordinating fabrics in one little bag, rather than end up with two completely different patterns - I remedied this by buying another set and swapping out one of each so the same designs are paired together - just leaves the blue Marrakesh design bags in a Pixie Confetti little bag since it seems that's the only pattern they made the little bag (to store them in) - most are likely not bothered by that. I put a set in my folding backpacks so we're travel-ready! The backpack in a pouch comes in these same two patterns/colors so it worked perfectly to get the blue for my husband and the pink for me!
