  Item arrived damaged and seller did not take responsibility. Communication was slow, unhelpful, and became less frequent over time. Seller made promises that were not followed through, leading to confusing and frustrating conversations. Be cautious — resolving issues with this seller can be very difficult.

  The package was delivered with it's original package but unfortunately it was treated very badly. After weeks and weeks of back and forward with multiple messages a day with the customer, it was agreed to send the item back and Ebay would refund us full value which the customer never returned the item back and requested money back with the excuse that it didn't want to walk 40 min back to the post office to return the item. Very very unfair review.

  No packing item arrived damaged. I messaged the seller but was not even interested poor seller!!

  The item was well packaged but poorly handled by the courier, the item inside was fine but the original box was a little bended. After a lot of back and forward with the customer, I recommended to get in touch with Ebay since they would be able to provide a good solution for us which they did and the customer got a free item at the end. This review doesn't reflect what happened or the way the issue was handled.
