Great product 👍
1 of 1 found this helpful I use Prune juice, because I suffer with constipation .
I drink a glass of Prune Juice a day, it takes about half an hour to work it's magic !
Without going into graphic details ! , it does the job, and I am able to go to the Toilet and be comfortable and not struggle !!!.
It tastes nice as well.

Great Book .
It's a great book with lots of great photos.
Although if it's photos of Shepshed your are looking for, the book I would say is 90% Loughborough and the Shepshed section the other 10%.
