nice - but benq tech support sucks !!!!
1 of 1 found this helpful This is and was a very gound breaking MP3 player. But Benq needs to get a clue on backing up a product. My player was just over a year old and just out of warranty.
The rechargeable battery in the player would only hold a charge for about an hour of play. Down from 6-8 benq says. The battery is easily accesible by just popping off a cover and it is replacable. But my efforts to find a battery have been in vain. I even called benq tech support and was told they could not help me. I asked if the battery was even avaliable on the open market and they told me they have no idea. To not make available a replacement battery for a very functional player is just bad business. So - no more benq purchases by me.
