    Faulty item and seller is uncontactable. Emailed numerous times asking for help and they won’t reply. It closes the coop door but won’t open again in the morning. I have no choice other than to send the item back before I lose the option of a refund. Poor customer service.

    Not quite true brought the item and opened a return case straight away setting the unit up incorrect so we accepted then they kept emailing and we followed ebay guidelines on return request.
