utter rubbish
1 of 1 found this helpful waited a week for this to arrive. put it together and tried to use it on my borders. ..... it was bearable at that point. but once tried to loosen soil around my plants the prongs bent and snapped!!!!!! as a result I have a wobbly stick and dislodged prongs.....have now rescued the box and I will be contacting seller... my garden isn't wild or concrete so think it's due to the inferior quality of this..... the whole head wobbles like mad as it's such cheap quality it only got one star as was only way I can review it but I think it didn't deserve the obe star

Absolutely brilliant
Filter replacement sure made difference to the vacuum. It now picks the carpet up. Didnt realise how much the suction drops when filter is dirty. Will be reordering soon so I have a spare ready. Delivery was really speedy to.

Works every time
I love these so easy to use and work brilliantly..just wish they were still sold in supermarkets as its s fuss to get them
