Ideal for young rugby players.
Set in Ireland, this story is about an 11 year old boy who moves to a rugby mad school. It tells of the trials and tribulations of his journey from knowing nothing about rugby to playing for the highly competitive school team. Friends and enemies help and hinder his journey. My 8 year old is reading this with me. Great for a young rugby player, explaining the rules through the story. The story is suitable for upper ks2 readers and some lower ks2 children. Would probably appeal more to boys and rugby loving girls.
