  Strange transaction. Ad clearly shows a boxed genuine item, yet this is misleading as the item arrived loose!? This is not mentioned anywhere in the Ad(s) and needs addressing. It raises questions of the ink being old stock, a return, is it even genuine? It was also cheap! And posted 1st class. The seller also includes a return label, that was odd, and a little packet of sweets. All trying too hard for me. When mentioned no box, and noting other similar feedback had been left, was refunded? Huh!

  We offer return postage for used ink cartridges to support recycling and sustainability. As a small business, we include a sweet treat with each order as a token of appreciation, which many customers love. We only sell genuine inks, and the product’s 'unboxed' condition was stated in the listing, though we will make sure it is clearer on the mobile app going forward. We work very hard to provide a great service and are surprised by the negative feedback, as we always try our best for customers.

  Whilst the purchase price was competitive, and the speed of delivery excellent, it was a little disappointing to discover that the ink cartridges were loose (ie. not in their original packaging as shown on the Ebay website). I noticed pre-purchase that some sellers on the website made it clear if their cartridges were loose and their reduced asking prices reflected this, leaving me with the question "Did I pay a little over the odds for this item?"

  I was absolutely thrilled with this seller! Such a fantastic service with a quick delivery and communication. The printer I ordered arrived in excellent condition and extremely well boxed, it was a large item but well packed for a safe delivery. I also appreciated the Haribo Sweets in the box, a nice touch that made me smile. I'd happily use this seller again and highly recommend them to others.
