Bent !
1 of 1 found this helpful The latter itself seems to function OK. The issue I had was that I was given a latter with a bent support bar that caps onto the end of this latter. I'm sure it was not intentionally sold in this condition from their warehouse, but somehow bent in the shipping and handling process. I had to bend it back strait with a rubber mallet ! I regret not taking a picture of this condition before I corrected it. Not sure if I'd like to test this support bar with 330lbs. now.
