foot muscles, not too strong but affective
relaxes feet and foot sole muscles, on the body I recommend not on sensitive skin.
cheap but active, yet, not too strong so it doesn't burn.

joint pain, low muscle pain
it helps nurve pain in my feet, and joins. I can use on the shoulder and under the arms since it is homeopathic and has no strong chemicals or peppermint. helpe even after first use . a generous ammount can help muscles too, but the cream will finish sooner.
I only buy 2 at a time (shipping cost) and when it is cheaper
recommened a break every 3-4 weeks like homeopathic.

feet muscles overnight
I use the tiger balm stickers only on my feet, since my skin is sensitive. It works very well or the strained muscles when I put the plaster overnight (if I walk with it the plaster will fal. it is not as strong as the red balm cream, so it helps without to ich.
I recommend to use nourishing cream so the skin is not dry, but not before you put on the plaster, since it will not stick
