NOT FOR ME
These are a very cheap product. They are definately not 'real' copper.
My 'real'copper bracelets go green on my wrist. This is part of the healing process and are bendable to size to your needs..
These are a very thick, rigid composition and cannot be sized and do not work for me. I bought this to replace a previous one & it did nothing but bring back my wrist & joint pain.
I have now purchased another one which is just like my old one, soft, copper, can be adjusted & has the green effect when worn.

The side clips seemed to be very 'loose'. But it was a birthday present & no time to return.
