Cast Iron Bread Pan

Exactly what you are looking for!

My wife loves these loaf pans! They work very well and have enabled her to up her already stellar bread game. The negative reviews that I have seen regarding pan thickness or seasoning have not been issues for us. These loaf pans may not be quite as thick as a frying pan, but they are still plenty thick enough for anything for which loaf pans are used. The seasoning on our pans is complete and even. The pans did arrive with a coating on them that was oily and smelled chemically. I presume this is used to condition, preserve, and prevent rusting of the cast iron during storage and shipping. We washed it off with hot water only and proceeded to use our pans without incident.
