Love the massager, but the one I received was not new in box, it was refurbished
0 of 1 found this helpful While the item stated open box, it had refurbished printed on the box, and indeed came with a lot of scuff marks. The item itself works fine, and is a great product. Just please label things and market them correctly. I had one I love and purchased for a son It is great for a bad back, and knots in legs... It has a real kick to it.

sweet little screen
I like that it has built in speakers (just needed to purchase a cord for it). It has nice resolution and takes up very little space. Glad I bought it.
