Good but has some Technical Flaws, use your technical savvy.
1 of 1 found this helpful Pro is that it works but the range is severely limited that can be overcome with Lithium Batteries. It also seems to have a different cycle that previous sensors as it updates more often than usual. I am getting double the data has to be a manufacturer error not the sellers. I am grateful to the seller for even having one, i could not find a US seller so i went to the UK and voila and the price was less than some other locations with shady practices, kudos to the eBay team. It arrived a bit battered on the outside but perfect inside. Now for some of the con's limited range makes it hard to place at location but as stated it can be overcome. It has a tendency as i have noticed with all UV800 sensors to read high way to high for my program to even read it. I attribute that failure to Oregon Scientific. They also do not weather well, the seal around the UV Eye has failed and the devices were infiltrated by rain. You can overcome that with a spray of crystal clear coat paint. A clear coat used to repair small scratches on your car. One spray is equal to at least 5 years out of a sensor give or take. I spray mine now once a year, the last sensor failed for unknown reasons, still haven't figured it out, but cons can be made to be pro's if you use your imagination and the resources available at your local hardware store.
