  Lovely jacket and came quickly. Unfortunately nothing like the size 12 advertised on the label - more like an 8 - 10. I understand that this is not completely the fault of the seller, although we did have a conversation in relation to the accuracy of the size and colour. Given this problem, I feel it is a little unfair to refuse a return and an answer to my request, at the very least, would have been appreciated. This would put me off future purchases from a seller who refuses returns.
