  This item arrived in a box that was too small poorly wrapped with just a little bubble wrap - so it was completely broken. Others I have bought came in a much bigger box, braced with pieces of cardboard. I contacted them and they said "I wrapped it as best I could" and offered a full refund. Yet they then changed their mind and said they would provide 50% (yet $17 is not 50% of $37.55!). They suggested I was trying scam them. Not trustworthy and the no refunds policy is to avoid responsibility?

  Bad business! Charged , NEVER received item… inquired many times. I was Told it was on the way a couple of times. When I finally asked for detailed tracking or wanted a refund . Refund issued but they listed bogus excuse. If I actually receive item I will re-pay for it however I’m not holding my breath!! Beware!

  I pd for item on Nov 25th the shipping label was created that day but was never took to FedEx for shipment. When I contacted seller they said it was on the way when I still had no up dates from FedEx and contacted the seller they gave me the same story so when asked for the 3rd time they replied with a very smart comment and then proceeded to give me my money back on Dec 11th. I believe it was never shipped.
