Solid bench
I weight around 18 stone and have benched with 180 kg for reps, this is stable and secure. No doubt it could handle 400kg in total. if you go to mirafit official website can get it cheaper but unlikely to have this in stock, but worth paying more this. Finally, this would not be out of place in any spit and sawdust gym.
