Difficult to keep switched on for the amount of steam needed to shift the smallest amount of dried/burnt on grease.
Whilst I quite understand the safety implications of a simple on/off switch, I found the thumb strength required, combined with the weight of the product, made it very difficult to use. I was also unimpressed with the results. Have returned it for a refund.
