  I’d like to inform seller that my recent purchase (information below) has been a disappointment. The hat that arrived is not made by Canali of Italy and the workmanship is outright substandard. This is made chinaI contacted the merchant and it has been over 2 weeks. There is no reply. I hope that eBay would come to my aid in facilitating a refund for this merchandise.
