    We need more emotional sellers like that. 100% recommend. I didn't receive the package because the driver of the EVRI company took a picture that he delivered the package in a completely different place and then the package disappeared. The Evri company (Hermes) is a joke, you can't count on their help. The seller is very honest and he lost on it himself by giving me the money. And the package is not there, the driver stole it. The seller is very honest and will always help. 100% recommend

    I was horribly deceived.The guy doesn't have any stock. This was drop shipped from another state and took forever to get here and in cheap crumpled packaging. I contacted him repeatedly and it got here a month after I needed it. Now in the dead of winter not much use till spring for outdoor water testing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!!!

    IF YOU'RE READING THIS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Terrible experience. very poor quality plant. The price is excessively high for what it is really worth. The photos in the ad are very misleading, When I tried to resolve this issue and contacted the seller, their response was terrible. He was rude, unprofessional and offered no real solution. The only thing he proposed was that I return the product, but without guaranteeing that he would return my money. Avoid bad times. Look for someone else!

    The quality for the product is just fine for the quality. The photos show that the base which you wished to receive is not included. You wished from me to compensate you for something that wasn't included and as a matter of fact you are the first and only person who has contacted me about having this kind of issue. I was never rude but rather apologetic but you read only the things that suit you best. When I offered you to return the package of course that a refund would be issued!
