6 of 6 found this helpful The Toshiba e740 is an excellent example of moving forward as far as handheld technology goes. The integrated wifi works fantastic and is extremely easy to use. The interface is also very intuitive, it is set up like a standard Windows setup. The battery life is also impressive, at one point I listened to MP3's for 2hours, put it down for 3hrs, and listened to it again for another few hours. The synching to my home computer also worked well and went very quickly. The biggest problem is the memory, there is only 64MB which is about average, maybe less. However this problem can be remedied with the purchase of a memory card and since the e740 has two slots finding a compatible card is not difficult. Overall a great unit.
