Space:1999
Space:1999 is a guilty pleasure. I was a young kid when this came on the air in 1975 and I have always had fond memories of the show.
The stories can be a little out there, but the special effects are still top notch. Nothing beats seeing an Eagle in flight...:)
If you enjoy sci-fi, you really cann't pass this show up.

Still fun after all these years!
There have been many versions of Sim City over the years. I bought this game when it first came out way back in 1990 and I have always had a fondness for this version. It still plays better that the more complicated versions that came after and the old style graphics are always a hoot, especially when Godzilla comes to wreck havok to punish you for embezelling funds! Truly a classic and highly recommended if you have an older Mac system to run it on.

Love it ..but......
1 of 1 found this helpful The finished model is impressive, It is HUGE and displays well.
That being said, there are issues with assembly. The ship is put together in various sub-assemblies and putting those together can be a challenge. The neck section is the critical part as it pins the engineering section to the display base and also plugs into and holds the saucer section. In both cases, I had to partially disassemble those sections, build the neck into them and then reassemble the sections around the neck.
Fit problems aside however, it is a great model and can at the moment be bought for a song. MSRP on this is $265. It can be bought for around $100 right now. I paid $108 for mine so a few fit problems can be overlooked. I recommend it.
