Quality instant Beach Boys collection!
Excellent way to get a fairly complete Beach Boys collection. Mixes are superior to many of the CD releases of the individual albums.

Chicago In Glorious 4-Channel Sound!
Hard-to-find collection that kicked off Rhino's Quadio series. Features all nine Chicago albums that were released in 4-channel, quadraphonic, format. These are Blu Ray Audio format discs in faithfully-reproduced miniature versions of the original album packages that contain high-resolution digital copies of the original masters and play on modern 5.1 surround systems.
If you were into quadraphonic sound in the 1970s, this is your chance to hear these albums as they were intended, in glorious full-frequency high fidelity and discrete, four-channel splendor! The original vinyl releases suffered from flawed attempts to cram four channels of audio into a single record groove. Now, thanks to modern digital technology, these works of audio artistry can be experienced as they were intended.
These copies are rare now and tend to demand a high price but the experience is worth it if you can find the right deal.

Perfect for a portable Pro Tools rig!
Though Avid will drop support of the HD product line in two years (August, 2025), there's still lots of use to be had from this time-proven architecture. The Omni interface is the ideal component for a portable Pro Tools rig and the price can't be beat.
