Pharmaton caplets
The caplets don't have the after taste like the capsules do and cont
ain more zinc so no need for a supplement .I have taken both for about two years now and I would not be without them.

Thompson bitumen repair
Have used most Thompson's products and I have found them to be good although a tad expensive.this purchase though was value for money .
