Good but not perfect
This replaces my previous 'Jamie Pan'. It's very similar, just slightly larger. The new pan does not have any rubber on the lid handle, so it does get very hot, even when used on the hob. This is a real shame, and I suppose it was to cut costs. It means you have to remember to use a cloth/oven glove, which was not necessary with the old pan. I thought I'd be clever and use the old lid, but as the pan is slightly larger unfortunately it doesn't fit. So only 4 stars I'm afraid. The non-stick is good, it remains to be seen if it lasts as long as my last one did.
