    Ordered this as I needed an X230, but owing to a listing error what was being offered was a different item under a similar model number (That's Lenovos doing) and not parts-compatible with my existing fleet. Seller spotted the error and rightly checked with me *before* fulfilling the order, allowing me to be informed of the mistake and request a cancellation before any shipment took place.     The item was delivered well-packed in a box. Unfortunately, the box had been squashed in transit. It did not seem to have made any impact on the board, but the seller said to return it if there were any problems. I call that great service, It was not his fault but the offer he gave was very assuring and he will have my custom again with no second thoughts, A Gentalman without a doubt.

Expensive but looks genuine
I bought this as the previous plastic spacer had worn out, meaning the blade was grinding directly against the bearing, leaving grey metal smears in my dough. Like all these small replacement parts it is very expensive for what it is. But it was essential for us to get the machine working safely again so we had to accept the price. A clean new part with screws and seal were provided. It was easy to fit and my bread pan now works without scraping the blade. My only reservation is that the bread pan does not lock into the base as reassuringly as before. I may have to try removing and reattaching the bearing. This has not affected bread making however.
