A friend fitted it in about 10 mins. It was easier to fit as it gives compared to the solid pipe as there's no give.

Good for someone who has arthritis or mu...
Good for someone who has arthritis or muscle issues. They take up less space than weights if you are restricted on space. These are my second set.

Good for the money easily to put on.
The only issues is:
1) The top strap is 3-4inch short for someone with big thighs.
2) when I'm walking it slides down it doesn't matter how tight I put it on.
If there fix the problems then it will be a lot better.
