Sold as new
The swivel head is loose and the packaging that is normally snug fitted and requires pliers generally was loose and just popped off so it could be used and marked as new also the bar code was removed from the back of the item

The ratchet is great in theory but I bought it “new” and I noticed that the head has a lot of slop not in the ratcheting mechanism but the swivel
I’m thinking it’s either used and labeled as new or craftsman with this one and only ratchet didn’t snug fit the plastic attachment exhausted the swivel and peeled the label
