Pioneer BDR-212EBK Blu-ray Writer Optical Drive

Reliable burner that should not disappoint

What is good about Pioneer optical drives is that they release firmware updates on regular basis so you can be quite sure the drive will have the support of the latest media etc. So when you are serious especially about burning, these models might be the choice. Firmware flashing is super easy, you just need to download a self extracting archive from their website and if the drive is connected it automatically starts and checks the firmware version and offers a possible update. Flashing takes only a few seconds and can be done even through SATA to USB converter. I tested this drive by burning a single layer Verbatim HTL BDR (43804) at 4x speed and everything was perfect. Stable burning and super fast verification reading. I also tried to rip a regular blu-ray disc using MakeMKV and again 100%. The only drawback of these Pioneer drives is that you cannot use them for ripping a 4K ultra HD discs but there are other blu-ray burners on the market that can deliver that feature. Microsoft official Xbox controller S - the best gamepad up-to-date

To make things clear: do not waste your time looking for anything else than official Controller S for original Xbox. This is the device built when Microsoft did invest money into the project. It is high quality an superb ergonomics, but at a relatively very low price. There is nothing else on the market that matches its quality and price. Do not waste your time with crappy Xbox 360 gamepads that were totally screwed up by design (digital pad not responsive by design fault). Don't waste your time hunting for PC gamepads of the same quality. If they exist, you will not be able to get replacement parts like rubber caps. You can easily replace rubber caps on Controller S with 360 caps. Controller S is the leading gamepad even in 2017. Best price/quality ratio
