BUY THIS CAMERA !!!
LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I am a sports photographer - and this has changed my life. The speed and image quality is the best by far. I can carry it all day without throwing my back out, and get the images other photographers can't get with their slow DSLR's. I just went to a camera store to buy a Canon R5 and the guy told me that I already had one -- my G9 .... and not to waste my money. I borrowed a R5, and HE WAS RIGHT !! I really don't know why everyone does not own this camera. If they knew - they would. BUY THIS CAMERA

Can't beat this combo!
I think this is one of Canon's best combinations! I am a camera collector - I have the 7D and several Rebels. This combo delivers the best of both worlds. The ease of a Rebel (it has all the fun shooting modes) and the speed of a more advanced camera. The lens is AWESOME! The 18-200 is such a good walk around/vacation lens, I wish canon should offer it in more kits.
If your looking to move up from your Rebel - try the 60D

Great camera! Canon needs more EF-M Lenses !!!!!!
14 of 14 found this helpful This camera is very friendly! Easy to use, easy to understand, easy to hold. If canon would ever make a decent ef-m lens it would really help. Right now with the lenses offered my picture quality is very ok. I will hold on to this camera for now but my DSLR still has WAY BETTER picture quality. I'm going to hope they make a decent lens soon.
