Sony A380 Upgrade to DSLR from SLR Minolta Dynax 500 SIS
1 of 2 found this helpful The only problem I have with this camera is the Japanese hand is much smaller than a Scots hand, my Minolta was perfect to hold but this camera is to short in the body for a good grip. On the plus side all my Sigma lens 28-80 Macro zoom & 70-210 Apochromatic fit this camera as Sony kept the Minolta A-Mount when they bought them over in 2006. So anyone moving from Minolta SLR to Digital their lenses will mate straight up with this camera.
