    I give the Seller a Positive for prompt shipment. I give eBay an F- for failure since eBay Global Shipping confiscated my item. This is the third time eBay Global Shipping has confiscated an item from me. It is a terrible program and they do not know what they are doing. Lost a small amount of money due to exchange rates changing. I will never again buy anything from someone if eBay Global Shipping is being used.
