  Communication was really good before dispatch. He sent me pictures of all the items working which I appreciated. However, the items were just shoved in a box with a tiny piece of bubble wrap floating around. The monitors were completely ruined. At this stage most professional sellers would have given an immediate refund but he insisted the courier collect the package first for inspection. Once the item had been collected he ignored all my messages and I had to get a refund through eBay instead.

  I replied over 10 times to you and your questions, averaging a response time of less than 24 hours. Items were fully packaged and wrapped as per Ebay's guidance. I was told to claim via UPS by Ebay, and communicated this with you. I could not refund as case was open with Ebay for claims. I worked with Ebay, UPS and Packlink to resolve and updated you every step. You did not get the refund through eBay "instead". Item was fully refunded. I did all I could after the fact.
