Worked well as advertised.

This was a brand new "in the box" printer, so there's not much to say. I needed this model as I have many apps dependent on the HP 5L and my old one broke. Since I have been using this product form many many years, setup was easy; I just unplugged my old one and plugged this one in. Only issue was that it was shipped was an almost dead toner cartridge (which it was not advertised to include). So I just popped out the good cartridge from my old printer and put it in and all was good.

Much more convenient than "voicemail"

Seems to work just fine. No passwords or other BS required to get your messages! We use it with voicemail, by setting this to answer on the 4'th ring, and voicemail to pick up only after the 6'th, so the voicemail only picks up if the line is busy or has some other problem.
