It’s not like on the picture

The product is okay, it works fine. Although the box is not as on the picture, it was a gift and it looked really cheap. The one on the pictures looks appealing, what I received through post looks really tacky and cheap. Also the user manual could have been a bit better.

Amazing hoover with disappointing battery

It cleans so well I was pleasantly surprised with how much power and precision such a small device could produce. However the battery doesn’t last long at all which is a pain. An additional battery costs £120 on the Samsung website so almost as much as the whole product
