Problem Solved

I had been having a series of problems with the boot on my 2011 Volvo S40 such as boot open warning on the dash , boot would not open etc. Following a bit of google research I decided to replace the boot lid wiring harness as it is known to fail. I purchased the this through ebay. The fit is relatively simple and straightforward once fitted the problems were gone.. if you are having problems with the electrics on your Volvo boot lid the chances are replacing the harness will cure them...
