good pan for jam
great for making jam like the lock in place handle so when cooking doesn't get hot but i found when full the pan can wobble when picked up by handle not balanced right . i would not recommend using it for chutney or pickle as the aluminium will taint the flavour if vinegar is used it will also stain and mark the pan as i found to my horror .but all in all its a good sized pan and great for the price

not that good
ok but after comparing to the last ones i purchased these don't seam to have that many charcoal pellets in
20/30 in each compartment so when yo tip them on there sides to fit they fall to the bottom leaving big gaps for the dirty air to just pass though don't think they will be very affective

not good
I have used this before but it wasn't will I had mixed all together that I noticed the pack was out of day I should have checked before hand it has still worked but I don't think as good as before
