Excellent product at a good price.
Neat, efficient, strong unit and component parts. Silent fast operation which slows down as the door nears its opening and closing limits. Good price. Arrived within days .Checked out a few YouTube video's before fitting. First, note you obviously need to disengage the original locking mechanism to the door before installation and second, if you have a cross member that maintains the distance between the parallel tracks (along with ceiling mounts) that the runners roll along, this may need to be cut in the middle and a section removed (about 30cm), then reinserted about 100mm lower, to allow for the raising arm to clear. Strangely, neither points are mentioned in the otherwise detailed manual, which stresses safety aspects a lot. Infra red safety sensors would cost extra.
