Excellent value for money
The original control that came with the TV eventually gave up the ghost and I replaced it with this. Identical to the previous remote. Only difference is it doesn't say LG on it. It didn't need to be tuned into the TV or link up with the TV in any way. Seems to be programmed to start as soon as you put in the two AAA batteries (not supplied) and press the ON button. Occasionally the green button at the bottom doesn't allow you start a BBC programme from scratch (via iPlayer) but I suspect that might be a broadband issue and nothing to do withe remote. At the price (there are several much more expensive, few cheaper) you can't fault it.
