1 of 1 found this helpful I had read a few reviews on this lens and decided it was worth a try, and for a hundred bucks not a huge gamble. I was not disappointed. It's well built and sharper than the newer equivalent. I know because I'd tried one of the newer Nikkors in this range. This one's a keeper
