I really recommend Zheng Gu Shiu
Since a friend gave me a spray container of Zheng Gu Shiu - this is the best way to apply it in my opinion - I always keep a refill on hand in case of sprains, bone, and muscle ache. Has helped every time so far!

I can recommend this liniment
Really works for me. Relief for sprains and sore joints. I’ve sent it to friends and family members and they seem to have benefitted from it too.
