Losing momentum
First two series good, entertaining, more or less credible. They were, effectively, self-contained, finishing with the words THE END.
Producers obviously then thought, wow, that went well: let's extend it. Result: alternative ending, and a story line which requires constant jazzing up with ever more startling twists and turns in the plot. Still very good acting by Sarah, Elizabeth, Ana, Jack. Rene not too convincing as a Frenchman. George a bit wooden.
Oh, and continuity: could we find some more shots to tell us we're in Sydney: if that bus passes the harbour bridge again, it'll never reach its destination.
