    The item was listed as new, but the package has been opened and the replacement head just fell out like it had been removed from the packaging already. No guarantee that the item is actually new. While the value would be good if it was used, who knows how sanitary this is. Very disappointed. Do not recommend. While it only appeared to be a package frayed on the edges, it was completely mis-labeled as new.
